Shipping & In-Store Pick Up
We use Canada Post as our primary shipping solution.
Currently, we only ship within Canada.
For BC Customers
For orders over $100 (before taxes), we provide you with free Standard Shipping.
For orders under $100 (before taxes), we provide you with flat rate Standard Shipping.
There is also the option to choose our flat rate Express Shipping for additional cost.
For Other Province Customers
For our customers that are not located in BC, we have different shipping rates. Unfortunately, due to the high shipping costs to other provinces, we do not offer free shipping.
Canada Post Standard Shipping: 3-9 business days
Canada Post Xpresspost: 1-2 business days
Please allow 24 hours for handling time.
*For shipping orders, please pay with a credit card that matches the billing address. Otherwise, it will be flagged and we must verify your ID manually.
After you place an order, you will be notified by an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 24 - 36 hours depending on volume and time of day it was ordered.
Any orders placed after 6:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) will be processed the next day. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Once your order has been shipped out by the courier, you can track your shipment by entering in the tracking # provided by the courier. To track your shipment, click on the "Track Your Order" at the top of the homepage, or click here.
Order DeliveryIn order to receive your package from the courier you are required to present a piece of valid, government issued, photo ID to prove age of majority. Some couriers may request a signature as proof of delivery. In the event that your order is transferred to a post office or pickup location, you will be required to claim it with a pickup notice from the courier and a piece of valid, government issued, photo ID confirming age of majority.
Packages cannot be left at the door or in a mailbox.
If you've selected to pick-up your order at our retail location, you will be notified by an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 1 hour. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive another email or text to confirm that your order is ready at the store. You must enter your phone number at checkout to be notified via text. If you haven't entered in your phone number, you will be notified by email. Please check your junk/spam folder as well!
Please bring the following with you when picking up your order:
-Two pieces of I.D. (one photo I.D.)
-Printout of order confirmation email, or show it to us on your phone.
