Returns, Refund and Exchanges

Due to the nature of products sold by Hootz and for your own safety, we would like to keep the products sold to you in a non-compromised condition.

We do not accept any return, refund, exchange of any e-liquid products purchased from our site.

Atomizer coils require replacement depending on how often you use your e-cigarette. The way your atomizer tastes is out of our control, therefore we do not warrant the performance of your coils purchased from Hootz.

Before returning the product for exchange, please contact us first at support@shophootz.ca and provide as much information as possible, including your full name, proof of purchase, phone number, address and reason for return. Please do NOT ship anything back to us before the email communication being initiated.

You will be responsible for shipping cost on any products returning to us, we will cover shipping for the replacement.

We do not offer refunds, only product replacement for products that arrive damaged or with manufacturer defects. Any further warranty issues must be taken up with the original manufacturer.

Any products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modification or repair are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

For all returns and exchanges, we require that you bring in the original packaging and all original contents with the receipt. If you have an account with us, a receipt is not needed as we should have your purchase history in our system. 

For most products, we offer a 30 day in-store warranty in which if a manufacturing defect is found, we will provide an exchange of the same item. If the same item is no longer available, we will provide store credit of equivalent value. 

All our scale products are final sale, and only eligible for warranty through the manufacturer.
