Abstain from all toxins for at least 72 hours before when possible. Mega Clean is meant to work in a single day, but everyone's body is different. Eat well, sleep well, and drink lots of water to prepare yourself.
(Optional) Drink Ready Clean around 24 hours before.
Two hours before you are due, shake the Mega Clean bottle well, and drink the entire bottle over a period of 10 minutes.
Refill the entire bottle with water, and drink it over a period of 10 minutes with the enclosed MetaBoost capsule.
Over the next hour, urinate frequently. The MetaBoost capsule will help your metabolism urinate more. Try to go 2-3 times if possible.
You will have a detoxification time window that lasts up to 3-5 hours where your urine will come out clean.
